THE KENO CLUB TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE AND SERVICE

Below are the official terms and conditions of use and service for TheKenoClub.com. Please print a copy of this document for your records. The Keno Club LLC reserves the right to alter these terms and conditions at any time, and is not required to give notice prior to doing so. Please refer to this webpage to ensure you are compliant with the most current terms and conditions.
The following document may hereinafter use the terms WE, OUR, and US to refer to The Keno Club LLC, and will use the terms YOU and YOUR to refer to you and any user participating in use of TheKenoClub.com. Hereinafter, the terms YOU, YOUR, WE, OUR, and US may appear in standard sentence casing.
The Keno Club LLC requires you to understand and agree to the following terms and conditions.
You understand that TheKenoClub.com is a non-wagering entertainment website.
You understand that any use of TheKenoClub.com for gambling purposes is strictly forbidden.
You understand that you must be at least 21 years of age to use or access any portion of TheKenoClub.com.
You understand that you must be a legal resident of the United States or Canada to use or access any portion of TheKenoClub.com.
You understand that it is your responsibility to ensure that use of TheKenoClub.com is legal in your jurisdiction.
You understand that you must create a user account to participate in certain features of TheKenoClub.com.
You understand that there are two types of user accounts that can be created: Basic and Premium.
You understand that Basic accounts are free to create.
You understand that users with a Basic membership are granted access to all games.
You understand that users with a Basic membership are granted access to the Keno Club Community.
You understand that users with a Basic membership will be subjected to third party advertising, and advertisements for TheKenoClub.com.
You understand that we are not responsible for content in third party advertisements. You understand that we will not be held liable for any damage or changes to your system that arise from any advertisements being displayed.
You understand that ad-blockers are prohibited while using or accessing TheKenoClub.com.
You understand that in-game credits have no cash value. You understand that in-game credits cannot be transferred, redeemed, sold, or otherwise exchanged for goods or services.
You understand that Player Points are earned by playing keno games offered on TheKenoClub.com. You understand that Player Points have no cash value. You understand that Player Points are earned at a rate of 1 Player Point for every amount of credits played in-game equal in value to 50 1-cent credits, with a maximum of 1 Player Point earned per play. You understand that Player Points may be redeemed for more in-game credits or other prizes, and that the available prizes or in-game credit amounts offered in exchange for Player Points are subject to change at any time at our sole discretion.
You understand that Player Points reset to 0 at approximately 12:00 AM CST on the first day of each month. You understand that any unused or unredeemed Player Points will be lost.
You understand that your in-game credit balance is shared across all games. Any change to your credit balance in one game will reflect in all other games.
You understand that in-game credits correlate to an in-game denomination. You understand that all credits awarded by and purchased from The Keno Club are represented in terms of the 1 cent in-game denomination.
You understand that you can have a maximum of 9,999,999 credits in a game at one time. If your credit balance exceeds this amount at any denomination, you will not be able to play using that denomination until your balance falls below this amount. You understand that if you have 9,999,999 credits of the highest possible denomination, any credits won above that amount will be lost.
You understand that users with a Basic membership are given 10,000 free credits each day. You understand that these credits are given in the 1 cent in-game denomination. You understand that once these credits are depleted, Basic members will be required to purchase more credits to continue playing that day, or watch an advertisement to be awarded additional credits. You understand that free credits, including credits won by using free credits, will expire at 12:00 AM CST the following day. You understand that any credits that have been purchased, including credits won by using purchased credits, will not expire. You understand that free credits, including credits won by using free credits, will not expire if supplemented by purchasing more credits.
You understand that any dollar amount displayed in a game, excluding purchase prices for additional credits and the Premium monthly membership fee, does not represent real money. You understand that the dollar amounts displayed are for entertainment purposes only.
You understand that Premium accounts can be created for a monthly fee of $6.
You understand that once a Premium account is created, the monthly membership fee will be billed to the credit or debit card provided immediately, and once monthly on the same day of the month thereafter until cancelled. You understand that charges scheduled to occur on a day that does not exist in a given month (such as the 31st, or after the 29th in February) will be applied to your credit or debit card on the last day of that month.
You understand that payments are processed through Stripe Inc., a trusted and reputable third party merchant. You further understand that scheduled payments are processed automatically by Stripe Inc., and that we are not responsible for any failure to understand the payment schedule.
You understand that Premium membership can be cancelled at any time by removing your payment method under the MY ACCOUNT page, by contacting support through the HELP page, or by contacting billingsupport@thekenoclub.com directly.
You understand that after cancelling a Premium membership, Premium membership benefits will remain active until the end of the billing cycle.
You understand that users with a Premium membership are granted access to all games.
You understand that users with a Premium membership are granted access to the Keno Club Community.
You understand that users with a Premium membership are not subjected to third party advertising.
You understand that users with a Premium membership have access to unlimited credits. You understand that Premium users can add credits for free, and credits will automatically replenish once they are depleted.
You understand that users with a Premium membership have access to a personal screenshot gallery, limited to 30 personal screenshots that can be taken from any game.
You understand that users with a Premium membership have access to in-game chat. You understand that users with a Premium membership can disable the in-game chat at any time.
You understand that there are no chat rooms, and that there is one in-game chat session for the entire site. Anything posted in the chat window will be visible to all members that have access to in-game chat.
You understand that users with a Premium membership have access to auto-play. You understand that Premium members are able to use this feature while they are actively engaged in playing.
You understand that The Keno Club has the right to run promotions, and that these promotions may extend additional credits or features to users participating in these promotions for free. You understand that these promotions do not entitle you to a refund if you have already paid for credits or similar features.
You understand that to use auto-play, you must manually play once in the beginning of the game, and every time the auto-play win threshold is met.
You understand that using auto-play while you are away from your computer or mobile device is forbidden.
You understand that using automated technology to play games outside of auto-play is forbidden.
You understand that auto-play settings, such as the speed and win threshold, can be changed in-game.
You understand that you can only have one game on one device opened under a given account. You understand that opening a new game on a new device or browser window will cause the original game to be exited.
You understand that a general sense of decency is expected when posting in the community forum, or during in-game chat. You understand that vulgar language, links to pornographic material, links to external websites, abusive language, attacks on any certain race or religion, etc. will not be tolerated, and may invite administrative action that could result in termination of your account.
You understand that choosing a screenname/nickname that is, at our sole discretion, deemed vulgar or inappropriate may cause your account to be deactivated until a new screenname/nickname is chosen. You understand that you will be notified via email if this happens, and you will be required to provide us with a new name to update and reactive your account. You understand that failure to cooperate may result in being permanently banned from TheKenoClub.com.
You understand that credits purchased on TheKenoClub.com have no monetary value, and cannot be traded, transferred, or sold.
You understand that both Basic and Premium members have equal access to daily and monthly contests.
You understand that there is No Purchase Necessary to win or enter daily and monthly contests.
You understand that credits are unlimited for daily contest games.
You understand that you must agree to contest rules to be eligible to enter contests.
You understand that both Basic and Premium members have equal chances of winning daily and monthly contests.
You understand that the rules of any contest or promotion outlined on TheKenoClub.com under the "Contests" section ammend these terms and conditions, with regard to the indicated contest or promotion.
You understand that a prize claim form may need to be completed for certain contest prizes.
You understand that computer-related errors can happen occassionally, and that complete freedom from these errors is not possible to guarantee. You understand that it is your responsibility to report these errors to support@thekenoclub.com.
You understand that your use of TheKenoClub.com is at your sole risk.
You understand that all materials of TheKenoClub.com are provided "as is" and without warranty. You understand that the availability or reliability of TheKenoClub.com is not warranted. You understand that we do not warrant that TheKenoClub.com will meet your requirements, or that any materials will be free of software harmful to your computer. You understand that any use of TheKenoClub.com is at your own risk and that you will be solely responsible for any damage to your system or loss of data as a result of accessing this site.
You understand that there are minimum system requirements to be able to access all features of TheKenoClub.com. You understand that we do not warrant complete usability of the site under these requirements. These requirements can be found here: www.thekenoclub.com/requirements
You understand that we do not provide refunds for non-fraudulent transactions.
You understand that any advice or communication from The Keno Club LLC or any of its members or affiliates does not constitute an amendment to these terms and conditions.
You understand that we will not be held liable for any damages that result from the use of, or inability to use TheKenoClub.com. You understand that this includes, but is not limited to, unauthorized use of your account, alterations to data transmissions to our site, or use of your information that is obtained through a data breach. You understand that this limitation of liability applies in every situation, and that we are under no circumstance liable for these damages.
You understand that we shall not be held liable for misinterpretation of these terms and conditions. You understand that we shall not be held liable for any loss or injury that results from failing to understand these terms and conditions. You understand that you can contact support@thekenoclub.com via the HELP page on TheKenoClub.com or directly through email for clarification on these terms and conditions.
You understand that we can only be contacted via email, and agree that this is acceptable. You understand that we will not be held liable for damages that result from lost email communications, that you must provide an accurate email address when contacting us, and that it is your responsibility to ensure that communications from support@thekenoclub.com and billingsupport@thekenoclub.com are not filtered or blocked by your email provider.
You understand that it is at the sole discretion of The Keno Club LLC to determine whether or not you are in compliance with the current terms and conditions. If we believe for any reason that you are in violation of these terms, we reserve the right to terminate your account.
You understand and agree that your sole remedy for liability arising from or relating to use of TheKenoClub.com and/or its terms and conditions of service and use, shall be for you to immediately discontinue use of the site and terminate your agreement with The Keno Club LLC.
You agree to indemnify and defend The Keno Club LLC and all of its members and affilites from all liabilities, legal fees, and expenses of any kind that are asserted by any third party, including governmental bodies, on the basis of agreeing to or violating these terms and conditions, violating laws or regulations within your jurisdiction, or violating another party's terms and conditions to which you are subject while using or accessing TheKenoClub.com.
By registering an account on TheKenoClub.com and clicking the checkbox indicating that you have read and understand the terms and conditions, you agree that you have read, understand, and agree to the terms in this document in its entirety, and are bound by these terms and conditions.
